[Annual meeting] This year, we will host our Annual meeting on June 20th from 9 am – 1 pm. Typically, the open meeting for all coaches runs from 9 -11 am, and the closed session for new board members goes from 11 am – 1 pm. The agenda includes
• Coach and participant feedback
• Chairperson of the Board’s Annual Report
• Board of Directors election results
• Ratification of any bylaw or policy changes
[Alumni Survey] We would love for all your graduating seniors to remain connected with Science Olympiad, whether in Washington or another state. Please ask them to fill out our alumni survey to stay connected with us and to learn about opportunities for alumni.
[Summer learning] National office is offering a mix of virtual and in-person learning to help coaches get ready for the 2027 season. Register for the Virtual Event Bootcamp (July 7-9), Content Clinic (July 13-14) or Build Clinic (July 15-17). Not intended for students. Also, the 2027 Event Slate has been posted!
