Coach Communications
To reach all potential coaches, contact information prior years’ registration lists are used. If a coach is no longer coaching and wishes to be removed from the list, please contact the State Director. New coaches should be forwarded relevant messages, and their contact information should be shared with the State Director if possible.
Who to Contact
If you have questions or need help, use the following guide to determine who to reach out to:
- Registration and payment issues: Contact the State Director and/or Treasurer.
- Event-specific rule clarifications: Contact your Coach, who may consult with Tournament Officials if needed.
- Team roster or eligibility questions: Contact the State Director.
- Event day logistics (location, schedule, materials): Your Coach should contact the Tournament Officials responsible for that specific tournament.
- Scoring disputes or inquiries: Your Coach should reach out to the Tournament Officials or the State Director.
- Volunteering opportunities: Reach out to the State Director or Tournament Officials.
- General questions about Science Olympiad rules or policies: Start by asking your Coach if you are a student. If further clarification is needed, contact the State Director or Tournament Officials.
