Please note that minutes must be approved at a subsequent board meeting before posting, so those from the current season may not be available until the following season begins.

Deadline for application is April 20th, 2026. Filling out the Google form above is considered a formal nomination (self-nomination is encouraged).
Ballots will be emailed to all members by May 5th, along with notice of Annual meetings. Members have until June 5th to complete the ballots or can submit the ballot during the Annual meeting.
